The application to participate is valid only if submitted on the official form, with stamp and legally valid signature, well legibly and completely filled out. The original has to be sent to World Educate Business Association . By signing the application form, the exhibitor accepts the regulation of World Educate Business Association. Responsibility for acceptance or non-acceptance of an exhibitors application lies in the hands of World Educate Business Association Management. Applications may be rejected without World Educate Business Association giving any reasons for that.
GENERAL TERMS AND STAND CONSTRUCTION
ASSEMBLY OF STAND
The time table for the assembly of stands are the following: Stand assembly one day before the Fair from 10:00 am. until 18:00 pm.
CLEANING OF STANDS
The cleaning of stands is compulsory for exhibitors and will to be done every day. From 08.00 am to 09.30 am.
It is not allowed to dismantle stands before official closing time. The exhibiting firms are kindly invited to assure the continuous presence of at least one person at the stand up to complete clearing of goods. The management declines every responsibility for missing of goods. Any other dispositions will be given to the exhibitors during execution of fair.
CONFIRM OF ADMISSION The organizer decides on participation of all exhibitors based on current regulations for all those who make request to accede. There is no claim for admission. World Educate Business Association will give tacit confirmation within 15 days on receiving of stand space application form. The request will be valid only for the named firm. After the 15 days term, admission requested will be equal to the contract. The request is valid only for this fair, for the admitted firm, the products, and provided services. The goods not inserted in product list cannot be exposed.
RENOUNCEMENT In case of renouncement, World Educate Business Association acquires the right to confiscate the amount paid by the renouncing firm and to decide on the using of the freed area. All this without legal judgment for the recuperation of entire amount of pitch rent and of eventual damage.
BADGE FOR EXHIBITORS In quality of exhibitor right is obtained to receive a free badge. These have a validity from first day of mounting until day of dissembling.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND DRAWINGS World Educate Business Association will be able to do photographs of the exhibition area, using the relative reproductions , without any possibility of recoupment.
ADVERTISING Distribution of illustrative material is allowed only on the single exhibition area. No manifests can be exposed outside the area. Any other kind of advertisement is forbidden outside the exhibition area, including also the passage promotion near the same area. In case of professional misconduct above mentioned rule will cause an application fee introduced by the World Educate Business Association.
CIVIL RESPONSABILITIES The exhibitor is responsible for any eventual damage to persons or structures or even to himself inside his exhibition area. The exhibitor is invited to subscribe an insurance policy with the organizing secretary.
