Our Concept
Highly qualified individuals have become the main assets of top companies of the world. Companies and individuals from Ex-Yugoslavian countries such as Slovenia, Serbia and Bosnia & Herzegovina, due to their historical backgrounds, only recently discovered such reality. As a consequence, career oriented people turned themselves to the Western European countries in order to seek quality education and knowledge necessary to succeed in a growing and competitive environment.
To answer this growing trend, we decided to reserve a specific space at its main events in the 3 countries where it operates totally dedicated to high standard Schools from abroad. Our aim is to provide an interesting Fair customized to the needs of the local market. Since 2005. 5 career fairs and hundreds of seminars in the HR and educational field in the Balkan regions was organised in the past years.
Our events are based on 2 main areas: Employers area and Educational area. In 2008, more than 45.000 visitors attended our events and nearly 300 organizations participated. Most CEOs of top corporations in the region were present and the Human Resource Managers of the biggest companies of the 3 countries where we operate were aware of our events and its participating organizations.
Our fairs represent the largest events of this kind in the Balkan region and their brand awareness is well established in the market among both the corporate community and the public in general.
