Shipment of Material:
Shipment of your material can be made two to three weeks before the exhibition by courier service only (FedEx, DHL, OCS, TNT, UPS, etc…) with these instructions;
- DDP-FD (Delivery Duty Paid & Free Domicile). - You must mark the Air Waybill that the shipment is DDP-FD. - Invoice 'no commercial value' (US$ 0.00) free of cost distribution to students. - Write the name of the university on each box. - Do not send by cargo or airline freight service. - On the face of all boxes, mark ‘K’ for Karachi & ‘L’ for Lahore. - Send both ‘K’ & ‘L’ boxes to Karachi address only. - We will forward Lahore boxes from Karachi.
