Why should Institutions/Educator attend the annual WEBA Agents Workshops ?

Because it will give you the opportunity to meet agents from all over the world. We offer more agents than educators - WEBA aims to have at least 70% more agents than educators to guarantee you a busy appointment sheet.

What do institutions do after presenting it to agents on the first day?

They will attend the Agents Conference, each agents will make a presentation of 10-15 minute in front of the institutions.Each institutions  will miss only one-two agents presentation. The Conference for Agents and Institutions will work parallel.

How much time has any institution to be presented?

20 minute of presentation in the auditorium.

What institutions will need to bring for the presentation ?

Only the USB Pen Drive.

How much meetings we could have with the agents on the second day?

Each meeting will be in a time of 15 minute, on the second day in total you will have the opportunities to make 30 appointments.

We need to know if we are two persons representing our institution, we could duplicate them?

Yes, you can duplicate your appointments.

Appointment System , how it work ?

Educator and Agents will receive a username/password 2 months in advance in order to start to schedule the meeting.

Additional seminar programme ?

Yes, on the 26th of October will be held one seminar for institutions between 17:00 pm and 18:00 pm .
